Reflections 2020

It’s been a wild year, to say the least. In March, when Corona-News hit Freiburg for the first time officially, we weren’t sure as many other Small Businesses around the world, what it will mean for us, for the city and society around us to be shut down, for a few weeks— or so we thought. Back then, that was an uncertain thought. 

Will everyone go in panic of the future and stop ordering furniture for their home or office?

If social-distancing is here to stay, will people still want to meet each other outside and cook while they’re at it with the mobile kitchen?

What about celebrations? If life is worth celebrating with people we love or milestones reached with our coworkers, how long will our new Events Room the Kulturwerkstatt be left empty until we are allowed to start celebrating again?

These questions and more have bombarded us this year at [p3].

And the fact that we are still here and have reached December 2020, is nothing short of a miracle. 

And this is why we want to say thank you to each one of you.

Thank you for staying with us this year.

Thank you for making a statement with us this year. That no matter what our world throws at us, our heart remains and we will continue to stand and make a statement for sustainability and refugees.
